Hi there! I’m Amanda. I’m a wife and mom of three, which means my mission for health doesn’t only include me…it includes my whole family! Living healthy with three young children isn’t always easy, especially in today’s world where we are constantly on the go and surrounded by unhealthy food at our fingertips. But putting in the effort is totally worth it! Trust me.
My family follows a primarily Paleo diet, although we make moderations as needed…because that’s real life. For us, health is about knowing what we are putting into our bodies and focusing on real food as much as possible. It’s about including healthy movement in our daily routine and being mindful of our mental health as well (which is the biggest piece of the puzzle!). But most importantly, we keep it real. Health may be our top priority, but we also realize that sometimes life throws you curve-balls, and you have to just roll with it!
