15 Healthy Soup Recipes {Paleo & Whole30}

What’s not to love about soup? It’s so versatile. Just about any meal can be turned into a soup if you think about it. There’s just something about a good, hearty bowl of soup that warms the soul. It’s probably one of my favorite things to make and eat! And it’s much easier for me to get my kids to eat dinner when it’s in soup-form. I love to enjoy soup year round, not just in the fall and winter. So I’ve come up with a list of soup recipes that are not only delicious, but super healthy (plus they’re Paleo and Whole30 compliant!). They include tons of nourishing and nutrient dense ingredients so you can feel good about serving these to your whole family!


1. Paleo Creamy Chicken Tomato Soup

Calling all tomato soup lovers! You need to try this recipe! The fire roasted tomatoes add just the right amount of spice and the coconut milk brings the creaminess. The chicken makes this a well-rounded, flavorful, and satisfying meal!

Talk about a flavor punch! This soup is the best of both worlds combining incredibly nutritious ingredients like lemongrass, coconut milk, and ginger with big flavors like red curry paste, garlic, and bell pepper. If you are on your Whole30, simply replace the basmati rice with cauliflower rice!

One of my all time favorites!
